Chart of accounts. Used to categorize bill lines (5xxx COGS, 6xxx OpEx, etc.).
McKenzie posts to QuickBooks (not this app), so GL accounts here are optional. They exist in the schema so bill_lines can FK to them later, but the UI for managing them ships when it becomes useful.
